Our office hours are 9am to 6 pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 10 am to 5pm and Sunday 1pm to 5 pm ( we may be closing on Sundays)

Yes we allow two pets pr apartment the weight limit is 99 lbs $250 pet depost and $300 Pet fee and $25 pet rent

What makes your community unique?
We are a building conversion as this building was built in 1972, We have multiple office coworking staions, the walkabilty is a plus, our resident events are fantastic and our team. We provide concerige sercvice, and our upstairs ammenties are superb, we are attached to the White Hall hotel with a skywalk to access.
Do you offer furnished units?
We have one guest suite, for $125 per day
